Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for World Ranking Map (worldrankingmap.com). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
World Ranking Map offers Premium access as a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time. This policy explains what happens to your access and your payments when you cancel.
2. Subscription and Billing
The Premium subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which issues invoices and handles any applicable taxes.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you will not be charged for any future billing period. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are handled under the refund policy of Paddle, the Merchant of Record that processes payments for this site, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Premium access ends once a refund is issued. See Section 6 below for how to request one.
5. AI Creation Credits
Your Premium subscription includes a monthly allowance of AI creation credits. Credits are part of the subscription benefit, are not sold separately and have no independent cash value. Credits reset each billing month and unused credits do not carry over. Refunds of the subscription fee are handled under Section 4 above; if a substantial amount of AI credits has been used by the time of the request, an amount corresponding to the credits used may be deducted from the refund. This clause does not limit any rights guaranteed to consumers under the applicable law of your country of residence, including statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights. For the first 14 days after your first payment (the refund window), 500 credits are available; once that period passes, the remaining credits for the same cycle are unlocked. Renewal cycles start with the full allowance.
6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
You can cancel at any time from the subscription page in your account: sign in, open My Account, and follow the subscription link, where an active subscription shows a Cancel subscription button. Cancelling takes effect immediately and stops any further renewal. Once a purchase has been made through Paddle, you can also manage the subscription from the receipt Paddle sends you by email. If you cannot reach your account or the button for any reason, email contact@metagrid1.com from your account address and we will cancel it for you. To ask about a refund or a billing issue, contact us the same way and include the email address associated with your account. This also covers cases where you cannot sign in because of a problem with metagrid1 unified sign-in.
