Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of World Ranking Map (worldrankingmap.com) (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
World Ranking Map provides data visualizations of country-level statistics and rankings, including maps, tables, charts, and AI-generated estimates. Some content and features are available only to Premium subscribers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts and Membership
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, Billing and Payment
Premium is offered as a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, taxes, and invoicing; by subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with prior notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable. For details, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by accessing it through automated means beyond permitted features, disrupting its operation, reselling or redistributing data in violation of these Terms, or infringing the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property and Data
The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Statistical data is compiled from public and third-party sources, and AI-generated estimates are provided for informational purposes only; we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date shown above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Contact
