These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of World Ranking Map (worldrankingmap.com) (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
World Ranking Map provides data visualizations of country-level statistics and rankings, including maps, tables, charts, and AI-generated estimates. Some content and features are available only to Premium subscribers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts and Membership
New sign-ups on this site are accepted only through a metagrid1 unified account (auth.metagrid1.com). Registration and sign-in take place at the unified authentication server, and choosing "Sign in with Google" creates a unified account as part of that process. The metagrid1 account is also governed by metagrid1's terms and privacy policy, and to use this site that account must hold access rights for this site. Accounts you created directly on this site before unified sign-in was introduced remain usable. If you lose access to your unified account and can therefore no longer use Premium, you may cancel or request a refund under Section 5 below and the Refund Policy; you can make that request by email (contact@metagrid1.com) even if you cannot sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, Billing and Payment
Premium is offered as a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments for Premium subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and invoicing. Premium entitlements are granted to the signed-in account, so you must sign in with your metagrid1 unified account (or, for existing members, your existing account) before making a payment. 5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged after that. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by accessing it through automated means beyond permitted features, disrupting its operation, reselling or redistributing data in violation of these Terms, or infringing the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property and Data
The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Statistical data is compiled from public and third-party sources, and AI-generated estimates are provided for informational purposes only; we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Member-Created Content and Credits
Members may use the credits included with their Premium subscription to create their own AI statistics in the AI Statistics Studio. Credits are a benefit included with the subscription: they are granted each month, are valid only for that month and do not carry over, and are not sold separately, have no cash value and are non-transferable. Members are responsible for the subject they choose and for the content they create and publish, and must not create or publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, is misleading or is inappropriate. If a member publishes content, other Premium members can view it; publishing requires a full translation and, once chosen, cannot be reversed. Members retain the rights to the content they create but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and translate published entries for other members. Editing a published statistic requires a stated reason, which is recorded. We may refuse to publish, or may remove, content that violates these Terms. For the first 14 days after your first payment (the refund window), 500 credits are available; once that period passes, the remaining credits for the same cycle are unlocked. Renewal cycles start with the full allowance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date shown above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Contact
